Q:WHY CHOOSE WTF?

Here at What The Fluff Pet Sitters of CSRA LLC, caring for your pet(s) is more than just a job to us; it's a passion, a calling, a true love for all animals. Each team member is compassionate, loving, sincere, trustworthy, and will treat your baby as you would. You will never have to worry about their comfort or their safety while you are away. 

 Christine trains each sitter and provides knowledge on how to handle all sorts of situations that may arise. We all are experienced, we are insured, and we all have a clean background check.

Q:WHY DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT?

Client accounts allow us to provide you and your pets the best service possible. Information gathered is used to cater to each pet's specific needs. Through your account you can schedule services, receive GPS logins, journals and pictures after each visit. Account Policy: You must have an account to receive services from WTF Pet Sitters of CSRA. Creating an account means you understand and accept our policies. 

Q:WHAT IS A MEET & GREET?

A Meet and Greet is a meeting where we meet you and your pets. During this time we will go over potty and feeding routines, medications, general questions, and customize each of your visits to meet your pets needs. Your first Meet and Greet is free of charge and does not obligate you to any services. After creating account and requesting services, please message or call us to set up the meet and greet .

Q: DO I NEED TO PROVIDE A KEY?

For reliable service with the least liability, it is required that all clients obtain and utilize a key storage lock box to hold a key to the residence. Clients should obtain one with at least a four digit code that either easily hangs from a doorknob or railing, or is wall mounted. This policy does not apply to those with key-less entries.

A secure lock box provides you with the peace of mind that your key will always be secure at your home.

Q: WHEN DO I PAY?

Our Payment Policy: Payment is required on the first day services begin. Your invoice will be sent to you 2-4 days prior to first visit. You may pay with debit/credit card, Paypal, Apple pay, or cash. No checks please. 

Q: What areas do you serve?

We provide services in Grovetown, Evans, Martinez, Harlem, Appling and Augusta GA. There is a $4.00 fuel charge for services out of our area. (12 miles or more from office)
